I'm Mike Navarro. When you call, you aren't getting a dispatch center in another state. You get me, a licensed plumber who actually knows the houses in Costa Mesa.

Hours: I run the office from 7am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. If you have an active leak flooding your house in the middle of the night, I'm available 24/7 for emergencies.

What to have ready when you call

To help me understand what's going on quickly, please have this information ready:

• Your approximate home address (so I know which neighborhood's pipe system we're dealing with).
• Any symptoms you've noticed. Is there a warm spot on the floor? Did your water bill jump? Can you hear water running when everything is off?

Getting your Written Estimate

I don't charge you halfway through a job and hit you with fees you didn't agree to. I'll come out, pinpoint the problem, and give you a clear Written Estimate. You need to know exactly what the fix requires and what it costs before we start opening up floors or rerouting pipes. It keeps everyone on the same page.
